Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: The Loyal Workshop, 107 Crown Hill Road, RD4, Paeroa, 3674, New Zealand.
2. Eligibility: Restricted to New Zealand and Australia. Entrants must be 18 years or older. 
3. How to Enter: Submit your name and email address via the competition entry form during the promotional period. By entering, you will be added to The Loyal Workshop mailing list (you can unsubscribe at any time).
4. Promotion Period: Entries open on Tuesday 7 October 2025, 00:01am NZT and close on Sunday 19 October 2025, 11:59PM NZT.
5. Prize: One Loyal backpack (RRP $460 NZD). The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection: Winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries on Monday 20 October 2025 and notified by email within 3 (three) days. If the winner does not respond within 7 (seven) days, a new winner may be drawn.
7. Delivery: The prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner.
8. Data Privacy: Personal details provided will be used for administering the prize draw and adding entrants to The Loyal Workshop mailing list. Data will not be shared with third parties.
9. General: The Loyal Workshop reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time. The decision of TLW is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
