Shipping and Delivery Policy
We aim to ship all orders within 7-10 working days. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact joel@theloyalworkshop.com.
All orders are shipped using a prepaid, traceable delivery method. Delivery times are
estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
Shipping times and costs vary by delivery location and parcel weight. Please see below for specific rates.

Important Shipping Notes
Delivery timeframes are estimates and subject to courier delays.
If your order contains more than one item, you may receive multiple parcels.
While we aim to include all duties, taxes, and shipping fees, we are not liable for
unforeseen or unpredictable costs such as:
- Remote delivery surcharges.
- Additional import duties.
- Handling fees imposed by carriers or customs.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
- We will deliver the Goods to the address you provided at checkout using a carrier.
“Carrier” includes the carrier’s employees, agents, and any third party engaged to
deliver on our behalf.
- Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.
- If delivery is delayed due to events outside our control, we will notify you as soon as
possible. You agree to a reasonable extension of the delivery timeframe under such
circumstances.
- We are not liable for any inconvenience or additional costs if delivery is not possible
due to issues such as:
- You being unavailable
- Inaccessible delivery premises
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
General Returns
Due to the nature of our handcrafted, full-grain vegetable-tanned leather goods, we
do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing (except for belts—see below), or
natural variations in the leather. These natural differences in colour, grain, and
thickness are part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind and are not considered
defects.
Belt Size Changes
We understand that belt sizing can be tricky, so we do allow size exchanges for
belts only.
- To request a belt size change, please email joel@theloyalworkshop.com.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the original belt and
receive the new one.
- All returned belts must be in original, unused condition.
Important: Please choose your belt size carefully using the sizing chart provided on
the Ol’ Faithful Belt and Sidekick Belt product pages. This helps avoid
unnecessary delays and shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect each item thoroughly before dispatch, but if you believe your item has
a manufacturing defect or you’ve received the wrong product, we’ll make it right.
- Contact us at joel@theloyalworkshop.com within 7 days of receiving your
order.
- Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief
description.
- If approved, we’ll offer you a replacement, exchange, or a refund,
depending on availability.
Please note: Natural leather characteristics are not considered defects.
Wrong Item Received
If you’ve received the wrong item, let us know and we’ll: - Cover the cost of returning the incorrect item.
- Ship the correct item to you at no extra cost.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered in cases where:
- An item is defective, and
- A replacement is not desired or available
Once returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be issued via your
original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to
process the funds.
Ineligible Returns
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect sizing (except for belts).
- Wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
- Natural leather variations.
